Pro-life | Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
Personally I am Pro-Life when it comes to the unborn. One of my biggest concern is the Federal Government funding Planned Parenthood....you are using my tax dollars to support killing children. |
No | In order to balance the budget, do you support an income tax increase on any tax bracket?
No | Do you support expanding federal funding to support entitlement programs such as Social Security and Medicare?
On balancing the Budget by an Income tax increase: No I would rather abolish the 16th Admendment "Income Tax" and replace it with a tax program involved with Consumption. We are a Consumer Society we could transition out of income tax, reduce the number of Federal employees who work at the IRS. In addition The Federal Budget is too big and too overbearing into our nlive with programs which are a waste of federal dollars. I would First do away with Foriegn Aid, Corporate Welfare and then hand some of the Social Services back to the States to control. |
Yes | Do you support the regulation of indirect campaign contributions from corporations and unions?
Not just regulate ,but make it illegal for corporations and unions to give campaign contributions. They are not contributing to candidates because they like them, they are contributing because they want something! I'm against lobbying. I'm a big believer at the U.S. House level there should be no PAC money contributions and campaign funds should be limited to 1 years wages, 174,000.00 both incumbents and opponents. a campaign war chest should be either contribution from party voters in their Congressional District and or what the candidate can save by FEC Regulations. |
No | Do you support the protection of government officials, including law enforcement officers, from personal liability in civil lawsuits concerning alleged misconduct?
I feel Qualified Immunity (1983) is misused or abused. We are now in the Digital Age, we have Body Cams and Dash Cams, these should be the essential tools along side a firearm, baton and handcuffs to offer solid evidence for officers to enforce/collar criminals in addition it would expediate the judicial process with hard evidence of the crime and prove officers use 'Textbook" enforcement proceedures in apprehension and evidence collection. |
No | Do you support increasing defense spending?
Our Defense spending is used more in supporting foreign counties, even though they are allies. An Example is NATO. Why do we have NATO if there is no Warsaw Pact? We should have downsized or transition our presence in the European Union decades ago. The now European Union should have made alliances with neighboring countries and increase their own spending on Defense. the United States should be like Switzerland, take care of their own land but not become Isolationist. |
No | Do you support federal spending as a means of promoting economic growth?
No | Do you support lowering corporate taxes as a means of promoting economic growth?
No | Do you support providing financial relief to businesses AND/OR corporations negatively impacted by the state of national emergency for COVID-19?
You can't print money/federal spending in promoting economical growth sent the market free and it will take care of itself. Lowering corporate tax: They lowered it too low. before the lowered the corporate tax rate to 21% worldwide corporate tax was between 25.5 to 35%+- closing loopholes was essentialbefore lowering, but corporations only hire roughly 35% of the nations workforce. the idea of lowering it was that then corporation would increase the number of jobs, under a promise. What I would have don is tiered the Corporate tax between 25 to 35%, offering less tax to those hiring the mostpeople |
No | Do you support requiring states to adopt federal education standards?
we have seen the federal rollout of "No Child Left behind" or"Common Core" dreamed up by Doctors or Professors in Educational Academia, they know nothing! Allow States to devise their own education programs that give students the basic of education to survive in the Real World. Only provide funding K-12 and allow parents/taxpayers the choice of Public, or private schools the standard federal contributions controlled by the parents. it must be use it or lose it. plus no college /university grants. |
No | Do you support government funding for the development of renewable energy (e.g. solar, wind, geo-thermal)?
No | Do you support the federal regulation of greenhouse gas emissions?
Leave it to the States to fund or let the people decide to get of the Grid if they want. Dont support any additional funding on Greenhouse Gas emmissions. |
Yes | Do you support repealing the 2010 Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare")?
No | Do you support requiring businesses to provide paid medical leave during public health crises, such as COVID-19?
Obamacare is a failure, and now they are dressing it up, or now changing the name to Medicare for all. Healthcare consist of one quarter of the U.S. Economy overall, it should be a free market, but the federal government should write legislation tha protects comsumers from being declined for pre-exsisting condition, excessive billing, and outrageous drug prices. Paid medical leave by businesses for Covid-19: We should keep businesses open and people working. Life is risky but if businesses can conduct businesses during a pandemic by using proceedures given by the CDC tehn let businesses take all precuationary methods.do the Science. |
Yes | Do you support the construction of a wall along the Mexican border?
Yes | Do you support requiring immigrants who are unlawfully present to return to their country of origin before they are eligible for citizenship?
With the Pandemmic and Terrorist activites aginst the U.S. it has shown merit. Without it we promote bad behavior and we are allowing others who breaking our laws. In addition they consume federal programs. If illegals are apprehended, yes they should go back immediately and if they wish to come back to the U.S. they should go through same procedures other immagrant do. |
Yes | Should the United States use military force to prevent governments hostile to the U.S. from possessing a weapon of mass destruction (for example: nuclear, biological, chemical)?
Yes | Do you support reducing military intervention in Middle East conflicts? |
Yes | Do you generally support removing barriers to international trade (for example: tariffs, quotas, etc.)?
I still support punishing countries, by not trading, if they steal intellectual Properties. I believe the American People should use their pocket book by boycotting countries products who take away jobs. I wish the examples would be an OR question Tariffs can be a useful tool if another country overloads a country with product that can be made in the U.S. |
