I'm a big believer at the U.S. House level there should be no PAC money contributions and campaign funds should be limited to 1 years wages, 174,000.00 both incumbents and opponents. a campaign war chest should be either contribution from party voters in their Congressional District and or what the candidate can save by FEC Regulations. | |||
